蜂王浆10-HDA与王浆酸度相关性的研究

摘    要:通过测定浙农大1号意蜂高王浆酸蜂种的13个蜂群生产的鲜蜂王浆的10-HDA含量、酸度、pH。采用生物统计方法分析10-HDA含量与王浆酸度之间的相关系数为0.68,存在中等程度的正相关,在大批量的样品测定中可以通过测定酸度的办法预测其10-HDA含量的大致高低。

Abstract:The 10-HDA content, acidity and pH were determined in thirteen royal jelly samples produced from High 10-HDA Breed of Zhenongda No.1 Italian Honeybee (Apis mellifera). The correlation coefficient was 0.68 between 10-HDA content and acidity in royal jelly using statistic analysis. It was found that the relativity was positive middle degree between 10-HDA content and acidity in royal jelly. It was suggested the 10-HDA content could be forecasted by testing the acidity in royal jelly, especially for a large number samples.
