摘    要:目的]对不同烤烟品种成熟度与活性氧代谢的关系进行研究,进而探讨烟叶的成熟机理和最适成熟度指标。方法]在不同施肥量下,测定了3个烤烟品种的不同部位鲜烟叶叶绿素含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量以及采后株高、烤后产量。结果]施肥量影响烟叶的生长发育和产质量。不同品种烟叶成熟时,清除活性氧自由基和抵抗膜脂过氧化变化不同。在成熟过程中,脯氨酸含量基本上呈现两头高中间低的船形变化。结论]由于优质烟生长、发育规律与生态条件相对固定,肥料形态、种类和施用水平就成为协调三者之间关系的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective] The relationship of maturity of different varieties of flue-cured tobacco and the metabolism of reactive oxygen species was studied.And the maturity mechanism and the indexes of optimal maturity were probed into.Method] The content of the chlorophyll,superoxide dismutase activity,MDA content,the content of proline and post-harvest height,grilled production of three varieties of flue-cured tobacco in different parts of fresh tobacco leaf under the condition of different fertilization amount were determined.Result] The growth and production and the quality of tobacco were influenced by the fertilization amount.When different varieties of flue-cured tobacco were ripening,the change of scavenging of reactive oxygen radicals and the resistance of membrane lipid peroxidation was different.And the content of proline changed like boat-shaped basically in the maturing process.Conclusion] Forms and species of the fertilizer and utilization level were important to harmonizer,because the growth and development regularity and the ecological condition were stable relatively.
