等渗胁迫下NaCl和PEG对玉米幼苗伤害的研究

摘    要:用等渗的NaCl和PEG处理玉米3叶期幼苗,胁迫后连续5 d测定各项生理指标。结果表明,NaCl和PEG处理均会引起幼苗叶片叶绿素含量下降、MDA含量上升、脯氨酸含量增大、渗透势降低,并且SOD和POD活性升高。相比较而言,NaCl胁迫引起的伤害大于PEG引起的伤害,但二者变化规律不同,说明二者在胁迫机制上存在差异。

Abstract:The Zea mays L.seedlings were treated with iso-osmotic NaCl and PEG at three leaf stage and some physiological indexes were determined in 5 days.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of leaves decreased,the MDA content and the prolinel content increased and the osmotic potential decreased highly.The activities of SOD and POD increased.Comparison the injury between the iso-osmotic NaCl and PEG stress,it iwas greater under NaCl stess than PEG stress,but the change tendency was different.It showed that the stress mechanism between the NaCl and PEG is different.
