摘    要:高技术产业研发(R&D)绩效是一个非常重要的问题,数据包络分析(DEA)的C2R模型和Malmquist生产率指数是分析评价我国高技术产业的技术效率、规模效率和生产率指数的有效方法,本文依据我国高技术产业的发展实际,分析了我国高技术产业按时间和按产业发展的规模效率以及投入冗余和产出不足,针对当前高技术产业发展存在的问题,提出了提高我国高技术产业研发效率的对策建议。

The Efficiency Evaluation of High-tech Industry R&D based on DEA Approach
Abstract:The R&D(research and development) performance of high technology industry is a very important issue.The C2R model in DEA method and malmquist productivity index are effective methods to analyse the technological efficiency,scale efficiency and productivity index of high-tech industry.Based on the development reality,this paper analyses scale efficiency,input redundancy and output lack of the high-tech industry of our country in the light of time and industry development.At last,according to the existing problems in the development of high-tech industry,countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward which aim to improve the research and development efficiency of the high-tech industry.
