摘    要:以模型池塘微生态系统为研究对象,采用常规的水质、水生动物植物种类与数量测量方法,测定了在单甲脒农药影响下水域生态系统结构的变化;采用McConnell提出的水生群落代谢功能测定方法,测定了单甲脒农药影响下水域生态系统功能的变化.研究结果表明,在不同浓度单甲脒影响下,池地微生态系统的结构和功能遭受了不同程度的破坏,单甲脒浓度越大,生态系统遭受破坏的程度也越大,其中浮游藻类的种类、数量、多样性明显下降,总氮、总磷含量增加,溶解氧浓度降低,最终导致水质下降,群落的代谢功能失去平衡,呼吸量大于生产量,群落由自养型向异养型退化.

Abstract:The variations of ecosystem structure of waters affected by DMAH have been determined in a model pond microcosmos ecosystem by using a conventional method which can determine water quality,species and quantity of aquatic animals and plants. The variations of water ecosystem function under the effects of DMAH have also been determined by using Me Conned's method which can determine the metabolism of an aquatic community. The results are as follows. The structure and function of the pond micro-ecosystem are damaged to different degrees at different concentrations of DMAH. The higher the concentration is,the more severely damaged the ecosystem is. In this ecosystem,algae species,quantity and diversity have obviously decreased i and while the content of TNand TP has increased,the concentration of soluble oxygen decreased. These factors lead to the bad results that the water quality becomes worse,the metabolism function of the community becomes unbalanced,the respiration of oxygen exceeds the production of oxygen,and the community retrogresses from autotrophic type to heterotrophic type.
