普洱茶预防高血脂症及抗氧化作用的研究*

摘    要: 采用高脂饲料饲喂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,通过普洱生茶、熟茶、乌龙茶、药组分别灌胃,实验35 d后,检测大鼠血液丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、微量丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,以及观察大鼠的一般情况和肝、肾组织的病理变化,来观察普洱茶对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平调节和血管内皮细胞的保护作用。结果表明,药、乌龙茶和普洱茶均能明显降低模型大鼠血液TCHO,TC,LDL-C和SOD含量,提高HDL-C,AST,MDA和GSH-PX的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中,普洱茶作用显著优于药、乌龙茶。研究结论,药、乌龙茶和普洱茶均能显著调节机体的血脂水平,有效预防高脂血症和抗氧化等功能。

Abstract:To establish the hyperlipidemia rat models by feeding high lipid diet,the oolong tea,the herb group,the un fermented puer tea and after fermented puer tea were separately irrigated into stomach for 35 d in succession the level on the activity of alanine transaminase (ALT),aspartic transaminase (AST) enzyme and the level of total cholesterol (TCHO), triglyceride (TG), high density liprotein cholesterol (HDL C) and low density liprotein cholesterol (LDL C),as well the contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), maleic dialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX ) in rat blood measured were measured.Meanwhile the general conditions and histopathological changes in tissues of liver and kidney were observed to explore the influence of puer tea on the serum lipid level and the anti oxidant of the preventive effect in experimental hyperlipidemia rats investigated. Results showed that the levels of TCHO, TC, LDL-C in blood and the SOD content reduced significantly in treatment group while HDL-C, AST, MDA and GSH-PX increased (P<0.05,P<0.01), compared with the control group. The effect of puer tea was more remarkable than those of herb and other treatment. It is concluded that the herb, oolong tea and puer tea are able to regulate the level of serum lipid effective hypreventhyper lipide.
