高效降解棉酚菌种的筛选及棉饼脱毒参数的研究

摘    要:通过对6个微生物菌种利用棉酚能力的比较分析,筛选出对棉子饼中棉酚具有较强脱毒能力的酵母菌菌株JM-3,该菌株可降解棉子饼中80%以上的游离棉酚。研究表明JM-3的发酵适宜温度为25C,加水量与发酵底物的适宜比值为0.81(含水量45%),适宜发酵时间为36 h。该菌种的最大优点是抗杂菌污染能力强,生长速度快,仅需36 h的发酵,就可使棉子饼粕中的棉酚含量降至0.03%以下,蛋白含量提高3个百分点以上。

Abstract:Comparing and analyzing on the capacity of utilizing free gossypol as carbon resource grow in 6 microbiology races, one high effective detoxification race JM-3 race selected,which can digest 80% free gossypol existing in cottonseed cakes.The study showed that the proper fermentation processing data for this race is as followstemperature 25 C, moisture 450% (watersubstrate = 0. 81),and 36 hours. The advantages of JM-3 are fast growth and resistant to contamination. It only needs 36 hours to debase free gossypol to less than 0.03%,and increase protein content 3% at least.
