增蛋宝对蛋鸡生产性能及安全性的试验研究

将１３２只４５５日龄尼克红蛋鸡随机分成Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ４组（ｎ＝３３），Ａ组喂基础日粮，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ３组分别在基础日粮中添加１％，２％，４％的中药“增蛋宝”。结果表明：Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ３组的产蛋率和饲料报酬分别比Ａ组提高１４．４８％，１６．８９％，１７．１５％和１９．２７％，２０．４８％，２０．５３％，以Ｂ组的经济效益最为明显；试验组与对照组相比，除Ｔ淋巴细胞Ｅ花环百分率、血清总蛋白（ＴＰ）、血清球蛋白（Ｇ）、血清白蛋白（Ａ）显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＞０．０１）外，其余８项血液指标均无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５），临床观察和病理学剖检，各试组无任何不良反应。

Study on the Production Performance and Safety of Zengdanbao in Laying Hens

One hundred and thirty two hens of 455 days old were randomly divided into four groups (A, B, C and D), with thirty three in each grorp.Hens in group A were given ration only,while B, C and D were given ration plus 1%, 2%, 4% of Chinese midicine Zengdanbao, respectively. The results showed that the rate of laying and feed conversion in group B, C and D increased by 14. 48%, 16. 89%, 17. 15% and 19. 27%, 20. 48%, 20. 53% than group A, respectively.Comparing test group with the control's, the percent of T cell E rossette froming cell, serum total protein. globulin, albumin was significantly increased (P<0. 05 or P>0. 01),while the other 8 items of blood had no significant difference (P>0. 05).Results from clinical observation and pathological anotomy indicated that there was no any harmful response in all groups.
