玉米不同层次叶片叶绿体的超微结构和叶绿素含量变化

摘    要:对玉米不同层次的叶片进行电镜观察和叶绿素含量测定,结果发现:叶绿体的光合膜系随叶位上升而愈加发达和增高,直至果穗叶达到顶峰的趋势。邻近果穗叶的叶片中的叶绿体,也具有较为发达的基粒和基质类囊体膜。而着生部位最高的顶生叶,其叶绿体中的光合膜系却不及果穗叶和邻近果穗叶的发达。但顶生叶中维管束鞘细胞的叶绿体内充
