基于Fluent的打叶机内部流场数值模拟

摘    要:烟草打叶机内部流场会影响打叶工艺的效果,为揭示烟草打叶机内部空气的流动规律,利用三维建模软件Creo通过滑移网格技术建立打叶机箱体结构及流场区域模型,并通过流体力学软件Fluent进行模拟仿真,得到打叶机内部的流场压力、速度、温度分布图。从数值计算结果看出,合理范围内的进风速度与刀辊转速不会对机箱内部压力、速度分布造成过大影响,在通入热流体后,打叶机内部温度呈现均匀分布,出料区内部会形成旋转回流场造成烟叶堆积,通过添加挡板或者底部进风口能够消除旋转回流场。

Abstract:The internal flow field of a tobacco leaf threshing machine will affect the effect of the leafing process.In order to reveal the air flow inside the tobacco leaf threshing machine,the three-dimensional modeling software Creo is used to establish the structure and flow field of the leaf threshing machine casing through the sliding grid technology.The regional model is simulated by the fluid dynamics software Fluent,and the pressure field,velocity,and temperature distribution of the flow field inside the leaf threshing machine are obtained.From the results of numerical calculations,the inlet air speed and the speed of the knife roller within a reasonable range will not have an excessive effect on the pressure and speed distribution inside the chassis.The revolving recirculation field causes the tobacco leaf to accumulate.The reflow field can be eliminated by adding a baffle or a bottom air inlet.
