“中国饮食文化”通识课程建设的实践与思考

摘    要:目前,国内不少高校都开设了“中国饮食文化”通识选修课,在增加大学生人文素养、促进学科交叉,以及培养专业人才等方面都起到了积极的推动作用,但在发展中也存在一些问题。结合教学实践,对近年来“中国饮食文化”教材、课程建设和教学方法等方面的现状,以及未来发展的一些问题进行了总结和思考。

Abstract:Chinese Dietary Culture as general education courses are offered in a lot of universities currently.This is meaningful in increasing the humanistic quality of the students,promoting the communications between different disciplines,and cultivating professionals.However some problems,still exist in the development of the course and its teaching.In this paper,the current state of textbook and curriculum constructions and teaching approaches of Chinese Dietary Culture were summarised,and the oulook of its future development was disscussed.
