摘    要:针对焊接较长工件时焊接变形对设备的实用性及其表面的美观性的影响,从焊接工艺、焊接顺序、构件定位和焊接参数分析了对焊接变形的影响,对焊前、焊中和焊后的预防方法进行了讨论,以T型焊接件作为仿真模型,围绕焊接顺序、焊接结构进行讨论,采用交错断续、并列断续焊接与连续焊接对比,结合实际方案采用不同的焊接顺序,对焊接过程的变形进行数值模拟,并分析了焊接后的残余变形,结果表明:交错断续焊接的变形量最小,连续焊接次之,并列焊接最大。可对实际焊接过程提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In view of the influence of welding deformation on the practicability of equipment and the aesthetics of its surface when welding long workpieces,the preventive methods before,during and after welding are discussed.The influence of welding process,welding sequence,component location and welding parameters on welding deformation is analyzed.Taking T-shaped weldment as simulation model,the welding sequence and structure are discussed.Based on the comparison of staggered intermittent welding,parallel intermittent welding and continuous welding,combined with the actual scheme,different welding sequences are adopted to simulate the deformation of welding process,and the residual deformation after welding is analyzed.The results show that the deformation of staggered intermittent welding is the smallest,continuous welding is the second,and parallel welding is the largest.It can provide some reference value for the actual welding process.
