摘    要:该文作者于 2 0 0 0年设计并应用循环水根系分泌物收集装置 ,结合D0 6 1型树脂柱收集了纯栽和混栽条件下杨树与刺槐氨基酸类N素根系分泌物 ,并对其物质形态进行了初步研究 .结果表明 :循环水根系分泌物收集装置能够正常运转 ,真正实现了在现实栽培条件下无损根系、实时、连续、富集、定量、准确收集和研究根系分泌物 .仅仅 7d时间即可收集到根系分泌物中的多种氨基酸 ,并达到可检出的量 .精氨酸和甘氨酸是纯栽刺槐根系分泌物中的主要氨基酸 ,占游离氨基酸总量的 4 3 2 % ;而精氨酸和赖氨酸是纯栽杨树以及混栽苗木根系分泌物中的主要氨基酸 .循环水根系分泌物收集技术为根系分泌物的深入研究提供了方法上的保障

Abstract:Amino acids in nitrogen root exudates of pure and mixed planted black locust and poplar seedlings were collected and identified by the designed cycling_water collection device of root exudates and D061 ion_exchange_resin in this paper. It shows that: the cycling_water collection device of root exudates could be operated normally. The certain amounts of root exudates are enriched in the device that makes the materials collection successful without damaging the roots in time and continuously as well. Only by seven days, many kinds of amino acids in nitrogen root exudates were collected and detected quantitatively. Arginine and glycin were the main kinds of amino acids in root exudates of pure planted black locust seedlings and reached 43 2% in dissociative amino acids. Arginine and lysine were the main kinds of amino acids in root exudates of pure planted poplar seedlings and mixed planted poplar and black locust seedlings. It is concluded that the cycling_water collection technique is much better than other methods to conduct the study on root exudates.
