摘    要:目的]研究供氮水平对春玉米叶片碳代谢的影响。方法]采用田间试验和室内分析相结合的方法,按春玉米生育期采样,探讨不同供氮水平对春玉米叶片中叶绿素含量及RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶活性的影响。结果]适宜的供氮水平能使春玉米在各生育期叶片中叶绿素含量及RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶活性均保持最高水平,供氮不足或过量(施N量大于400kg/hm2)均对春玉米叶片碳代谢产生不良影响。结论]该试验条件下,施N量300kg/hm^2,春玉米各生育期叶片中叶绿素含量及碳代谢关键酶的活性均最高,对增强叶片光合能力、促进产量形成、延缓叶片衰老具有重要意义。
