摘    要:目的]比较大棚与露地条件下阿维菌素、吡虫啉、三唑酮在冬种豇豆上的消解动态差异,旨在为冬种豇豆中农药的安全使用提供理论依据.方法]分别采用气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法测定大棚和露地条件下阿维菌素、吡虫啉、三唑酮在冬种豇豆上的残留量,比较分析3种农药在冬种豇豆上的消解动态规律.结果]大棚条件下阿维菌素、吡虫啉、三唑酮在冬种豇豆上的降解动态方程为C=0.5832e-0.5265x、C=3.2004e-0.2626x、C=1.8176e-0.2535x,半衰期分别为1.32、2.64、2.73 d;露地条件下阿维菌素、吡虫啉、三唑酮在冬种豇豆上的降解动态方程为C=0.6098e-0.8168x、C=3.6773e-0.4573x、C=1.774e-0.3486x,半衰期分别为0.85、1.52、1.99 d.结论]3种农药在冬种豇豆上的消解动态过程均符合一级动力学方程,且在大棚豇豆上的降解速度均慢于露地豇豆.

Abstract:【Objective】This research compared the degradation dynamics of three pesticides, namely abamectin, lmidacloprid, and triadimefon, in winter cowpea under greenhouse and open field conditions in order to provide theoretical references for future pesticide usages and to improve safety procedure measures. 【Method】The GC with NPD method and the HPLC with UVD method were used to determine the residues of the three pesticides. The corresponding results were used for the comparative analysis of the degradation dynamics of the three kinds of pesticide in cowpea. 【Result】The corresponding dynamics equations of abamectin, imidacloprid, and triadimefon on winter cowpea under greenhouse condition were C=0.5832e-0.5265x, C=3.2004e-0.2626x, and C=1.8176e-0.2535x, and their half-life periods were 1.32, 2.64, and 2.73 d, respectively. The corresponding dynamics of abamectin, imidacloprid, and triadimefon in winter cowpea under open field condition were C=0.6098e-0.8168x, C=3.6773e-0.4573x, and C=1.774e-0.3486x, and their half-life periods were 0.85, 1.52, and 1.99 d, respectively. 【Conclusion】The three pesticides residue degradation dynamics equations were fit with a simple first-order kinetics equation. Compared with the degradation rates under open field conditions, the degradation rates of the three pesticides under greenhouse condition were slower.
