摘    要:目的]探究光强因子对冷水花花青素和叶绿素含量变化的影响,为冷水花的科学栽培提供理论依据.方法]对冷水花分别进行强光(光照度15000~20000 lx)、正常光照(500~1000 lx)、遮阴1(250~500 lx)、遮阴2(100~300lx)和黑暗(0 lx)条件的光照处理,调查其花青素、叶绿素及过氧化氢酶活性等生理指标.结果]在两种遮阴条件下冷水花叶片中总叶绿素含量均高于正常光照处理,但在强光下最低;叶绿素a/b值在遮阴2条件下最低(1.57),在强光下最高;花青素含量在强光诱导下显著增高,与叶绿素的变化呈现负相关;氧化氢酶活性在强光和黑暗条件下增高,与正常和遮阴相比均达到显著差异,说明在高光照胁迫中启动了抗氧化系统.结论]冷水花具有强的耐阴性,适合在室内和郁闭度较大的环境下生存.

Abstract:【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to explore the light intensity factor, which impacts the anthocyanin and chlorophyll contents of Pilea cadierei, to provide theoretical basis for the scientific culturing of Pilea cadierei. 【Method】The Pilea cadierei was treated under five different light intensity conditions, including highlight (Illuminance:15000-20000 lx), normal light (500-1000 lx), shade 1 (250-500 lx), shade 2 (100-300 lx), and dark(0 lx). 【Result】The total chlorophyll(chl.a+b) contents under shade 1 and shade 2 were higher than those tested under normal light, while the contents tested the lowest under highlight. The Chl.a/Chl.b value, at 1.57, was the lowest under full shade; on the other hand, the value tested under highlight was the highest. Anthocyanin content tested under highlight was significantly higher than that tested under other lights. Furthermore, the anthocyanin content exhibited negative correlation with the Chl. value. The CAT activities of Pilea cadierei increased under the highlight and dark light testing conditions, which exhibited remarkable differences with the CAT activities tested under normal and shade testing conditions,which indicated that the antioxidant system responded well to highlight stress. 【Conclusion】Pilea cadierei displayed strong shade tolerance; therefore, this plant could suitably survive indoor and enclosed environments.
