根霉脂肪酶产生菌筛选及发酵培养基研究

摘    要:从实验室保藏菌种中筛选得到一株产脂肪酶能力较强的根霉菌种MHL4.07,对MHL4.07菌摇瓶发酵产酶培养基组成进行了试验,结果表明,种子培养时间为84h,最佳发酵培养基(g/l):玉米浆40.0、橄榄油12.5、豆饼粉20.0、NH4Cl20.0、MgSO4·7H2O0.5、K2HPO41.0、KCl0.5。用最佳培养基发酵产生的脂肪酶活力为41.91U/ml,该产量比初始菌株的酶活提高了408%。

Abstract:A lipase-producing rhizopus arrhizus MHL4.07 was obtained by screening of microorganisms stored in our lab .Under laboratorial conditions, the culture medium of lipase produced by MHL4.07 was studied. The results showed that: The culture time of seed was 84 h.The compositions of optimal fermentation medium(g/l) were: corn steep liquor 40.0, olive oil 12.5, bean cake flour 20.0, NH4Cl 20.0, MgSO4·7H2O 0.5, K2HPO4 1.0, KCl 0.5. Under the optimum conditions the maximum yield of lipase was 41.91 U/ml and it was increased 408%.
