高粱穗分化与追肥

对３个中晚熟杂交高粱的穗分化进行了研究，从穗分化与植株外部形态，与栽培三者结合出发，修改了前人的八段划分法，提出六期划分法，用电镜扫描制得穗分化图版，并配合相应的外部植株形态，指出高粱植株拔节，挑旗，分别与幼穗生长锥伸长期及减数分裂期同步，可作为其外部形态标志，指出拔节期是促花增粒，挑旗期是保花增粒的关键追肥时期。

Panicle Differentiation and Topdressing in Sorghum

The panicle differentiation process of three midlate mature hybrid sorghum had been studied.The predecessors eightstage process was revised and advanced a sixstage process according to the relations among panicle defferentiation,plant external morphology and cultivation techniques;By means of electron microscope scanning plates in sixstage panicle defferentiation combining with corresponding plant morphological characters, indicated that sorghum noding and flag leaf stages are in accordance with elongation of young panicle growing tip and meiosis,respectively,as well as can serve as the external morphological markers of the latter;It was suggested that noding stage is the key stage to promote florets and to increase grains through topdressing,and flag leaf stage the key stage to maintain florets and to increase grains.
