| 摘 要： | 将60头奶牛随机分成2组(每组30头),分别用国产促卵泡素(FSH)和加拿大生产的FSH(Folltropin v)对奶牛进行超排处理,研究其对奶牛超排效果的影响。结果表明:用Folltropin v超排处理所获的可用胚数量(7 84±5 61)多于用国产的FSH(5 12±3 24),且两者差异显著(P<0 05)。

| Abstract: | Effects of 2 sorts of FSH on superovulation of cow were studied. Sixty cows were selected as donors and randomly divided into 2 groups(30 per group). These donors were respectively superovulated with different FSH productions made in Canada and China.The results indicated that the group treated with Folltropin-v can obtain more transerable embryos than the one with FSH made in China,and the difference is significant(P<0.05). |
