牛磺酸对酒精性肝病的防治作用

长期大量的酒精摄入可以引发肝脏损伤。随着经济的增长,酒精性肝病(ALD)的发病率逐年递增。然而,对于ALD的治疗,医学临床上并没有高效满意的治疗方法。牛磺酸是一种天然的游离氨基酸,大量存在于动物体内且具有广泛的生物学效应。论文对牛磺酸的生物学作用、乙醇对肝细胞的损伤机制及牛磺酸对酒精性肝损伤的防治进展进行综述,旨在为进一步探究ALD的防治机制及临床上应用牛磺酸治疗ALD提供参考。

Preventive and Curative Effects of Taurine on Alcoholic Liver Disease

Long term alcohol intake can lead to liver damage,and the incidence of alcoholic liver disease is increasing year by year with the development of economy.However,as for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease,there is no efficient and effective method.Taurine is a kind of natural free amino acid,which is widely existed in animals and has a wide range of biological effects.This paper summarized the biological effects of taurine,injury mechanisms of alcohol on the liver cells,and the preventive and curative effects of taurine on the liver injury caused by alcohol in order to further explore the preventive and curative mechanisms of taurine on alcoholic liver disease and provide references for clinical treatment of alcoholic liver disease.
