| 摘 要： | 探讨了堆载预压的加固机理及真空预压的加固机理．作了两者的分析与比较，讨论了真空联合堆载预压法的基本原理、以及在软土处理中的加固特征。同时介绍了一些工程应用实例，具体分析了真空联合堆载预压法的应用效果及应用前景，真空联合堆载预压处理软土地基技术成熟可靠、经济合理，在工程建设中推广使用，必将产生较大的社会、经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper approaches the consolidatory mechanism of heap preloading and vacuum preloading through analysis and comparison, synthetically discussed the basic principles of vacuum joint preloading and its consolidatory characteristics when used in soft earth treatment. Meanwhile it introduces some applied cases of projects. Moreover the applied effect and prospect are analyzed in detail. The technique of vacuum joint preloading in treating soft earth foundation is mature, reliable, economic and rational. Good social and economic benefits can be achieved if it is extended in projects. |
