| 摘 要： | 利用通径分析的方法,对杂种猪瘦肉率与其它胴体性状的相关关系进行了剖析,并建立了最优回归方程。结果表明:瘦肉率与脂率、皮率、背膘厚、屠宰率、宰前重及胴直长的表型相关都达显著(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01)。在这些性状中,脂率和皮率是影响瘦肉率的最主要因素。以瘦肉率为依变量的最优回归方程为:Y=79.4467+0.0712X1-0.1413X2+0.1678X4-0.8237X5-0.9611X6

| Abstract: | Based on path analysis,the correlations between lean meat percentage an d other carcass traits was analyzed.The lean meat percentage had a significa nt (P <0.05)or highly significant (P <0.01)correlation with fat rate,skin rate,back -fat thickness,dressing perce ntage,live weight and carcass length respectively.Among the traits stu died,both the fat and the skin rate were the important f actors which affect the lean meat percentage.The best regression model f or the lean meat percentage was formed as follows:Y =79.4467+0.0712X 1 -0.1413X 2 +0.1678X 4 -0.8237X 5 -0.9611X 6 |
