| 摘 要： | 在森林旅游资源分类、分级的基础上,介绍现行市价法、收益现值法(年金资本化法)、重置成本法、综合评估法等方法在森林旅游资源资产评估中的应用,并用年金资本化法评估出张家界国家森林公园的森林旅游资源资产价值为9.23亿元人民币。

| Abstract: | Based on the classification and ranking of forest tourism resources, the article introduces the Current Market Method, the Current Value Returns Method, and the Comprehensive Evaluation Method as well as the application of them in evaluating forest tourism resources. Assessed with the Annual Capital Capitalization Method, the forest tourism resources value of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is 923 million yuan. |
