毒芹诱导分化培养基筛选

摘    要:通过8种添加不同种类和不同浓度植物激素的培养基,对毒芹进行组织培养试验,研究了不同种类和不同浓度植物激素对毒芹诱导成活数的影响,筛选出较适合诱导毒芹分化的培养基。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L+GA3 0.7mg/L、MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L+2,4-D 0.7mg/L和MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L培养基对毒芹的诱导成活率较高。是适合毒芹诱导分化的培养基。

Abstract:The survival techniques of induction of Cicuta virosa was studied by using tissue culture methods and adopting MS basic medium,adding the different types and different concentrations of plant hormones,choosing non-polluting dedicate stem Cicuta virosa,then carrying out random trial of tissue culture.According to the trial results,E (MS+NAA0.3+2,4-D0.5mg/L+GA_3 0.7mg/L),F(MS+NAA0.3 mg/L+2,4-D0.7mg/L),G(MS+NAA0.5mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/L)had higher survival rate of induction.
