基于WebGIS的北京市地区社会资源管理服务信息系统

为了实现社区管理部门对其管辖范围内地区社会资源信息的统一管理,该文以北下关街道办事处为例,建立了基于WebGIS的北京市地区社会资源管理服务信息系统.系统依据不同分类原则和分类形式,对地区社会资源进行详细分类,并利用AutoLISP、MO、C#编程进行批量数据处理.在此基础上,以WebGIS、ASP.NET和ArcIMS以及多维数据库等相关技术作为技术支持,开发了数据管理模块、数据发布模块和用户管理模块,实现了地区社会资源的更新、查询统计、空间分析、专题图等功能,从而实现了该地区的社会资源信息的共享,提高了社区管理的工作效率和管理水平.

A WebGIS-based regional social resource management and service information system of Beijing City.

To implement the centralized management of regional social resources information within the jurisdiction of the community administration,this paper taking the Beixiaguan Street Office of Beijing as an example,introduced the establishment of the regional social resource management and service information system based on WebGIS.According to the different classification principles and forms,this system classified the regional social resource data and made batch data processing with Auto LISP,MO and C#.Further technical support came from the application of relative technology such as ASP.NET,ArcIMS and Database,helping to develop modules for data management,distribution and user management.And functions were realized in terms of the update,query and statistic,spatial analysis and thematic map of the regional social resources,the sharing of the regional social resource information and improving the performance of community management.Therefore,the efficiency of community administration will be promoted.
