提高单产降低成本扩大规模促进增粮增收

粮食安全和农民增收是党中央和国务院十分关注的重大问题,但当前二者间确实存在一定的矛盾,需要找到解决矛盾的办法,促使粮食增产和农民增收同步协调发展。文章在分析调研的基础上,提出应将粮食生产看作正常的生产经营活动,通过依靠科技,提高单产,降低成本,扩大规模,使粮食生产收入成为农民家庭的主要经济收入,从而实现增粮增收。

Increasing Grain Yield and Farmer's Income Simultaneously by Raising Yield, Cutting Cost and Enlarging Production Area

Food safety and farm＇s income have been paid high attention by the Central Committee of Communist Party of China and Chinese government. But there has been a contradictory between both of them currently, which should be solved by correct way to guarantee harmony development of the food production and farmer＇s income. Based on the study and investigation, it was suggested in the paper that food production should he taken as thing more economically. Measures should he taken to get the goal of improving food production and farmer＇s income at the same time by increasing the yield per unit, cutting the cost, enlarging the production area through science and technology.
