萝卜雄性不育系内源激素及游离氨基酸分析

摘    要:本文利用多代纯合的不育性稳定的萝卜雄性不育系A1、A5为材料,以其相应的保持系B1、B5为对照,在开花期间对内源激素含量及游离氨基酸含量进行了分析比较。结果表明,不育系中IAA含量在花蕾中明显低于保持系;IAA在不育系的叶片高于花蕾中,而在保持系的叶片中则比花蕾中低;不育系中脯氨酸、酪氨酸和精氨酸比其相应的保持系含量低,而丙氨酸、谷氨酸则比其相应的保持系含量高。

Abstract:The Content of endohormones and Free Amino Acids in leaves and floral buds of radish CMS lines A 1 and A 5 with stable sterility and their maintainers B 1 and B 5 purified by self-cross for generations was analyzed at flowering stage. The results indicated that the content of IAA in CMS was obviously lower than their maintainers in floral buds, and in CMS it was higher in leaves than in floral buds but opposite in maintainers. The content of Pro, Tyr and Arg of CMS was lower than their maintainers, but Ala and Glu was opposite.
