小黑麦主要经济性状的典型相关分析

为了深入了解小黑麦主要经济性状的遗传规律,研究在2006年以6个六倍体小黑麦品种(系)及利用完全双列杂交配置的15个杂交组合为材料,在石河子大学农学院试验站进行了随机区组试验,调查了单株产量、单株有效穗数、每穗粒数、千粒重、株高、穗下节间长和穗长7个产量相关性状,并取草样测定了粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪、粗纤维和无氮浸出物5个饲草品质性状,利用DPS软件对上述性状进行了典型相关分析,结果表明:小黑麦的产量构成性状与株型性状间的典型变量为单株产量、穗下节间长和株高,产量构成性状与饲草品质性状间的典型变量为单株产量、粗灰分和粗脂肪。

The Typical Relative Analysis on Main Economic Traits in Triticale

The 15 hybrid combinations made by using 6 hexaploid Triticale cultivars as parents according to complete diallel cross were planted to adopt randomized block experiment in the experimental station of agricultural college in Shihhotze University in 2006 in order to investigate the genetic rule of main economic traits.The typical correlative analysis by DPS software of 7 yield traits(i.e.grain yield per plant,number of spikes per plant,kernels per spike,1000grain weight,plant length,internodes length below spike and length of spike) and 5 forage quality traits(i.e.crude protein content,crude ash,crude fat,crude fiber and nitrogen-free extract) were analysed.The main results were as follows: Grain yield per plant,plant length and internodes length below spike were typical variable among yield traits and plant model characters in triticale;grain yield per plant,crude ash and crude fat were typical variable among yield traits and forage quality traits in Triticale.
