非真空脉冲电子束与平阳霉素复合处理对豌豆的损伤效应

摘    要:本文用非真空脉冲电子束与平阳霉素处理豌豆风干种子,从形态学和细胞水平上研究复合处理对豌豆产生的损伤效应。结果表明,不管单一处理还是复合处理,对苗高、株高、出苗率、成株率等生育形态都产生强烈的抑制作用,并且对M1根尖细胞有丝分裂染色体行为产生影响,染色体畸变率明显高于对照,复合处理的损伤效应明显高于单因素处理。

Abstract:The results showed that the combined treatment as well as the pure electron beam treatment could inhibit strongly seedling height, plant height,percentage of seedling and percentage of succeed.Affect the mitotic division of cell chromosome in root tips. The chromosome aberrations of treatments are evidently higher than that of control and the impairmental effects of combined treatment are higher than that of pure nonvacuum pulse electron beam.
