漏斗孢球囊霉菌根真菌对苹果属植物幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:对冷海棠、八楞海棠和新疆野苹果接种漏斗孢球囊霉(GM)的试验结果表明,GM菌根真菌有显著促进冷海棠、八楞海棠和新疆野苹果生长的效果,生长量一般为对照的2倍以上。八楞海棠试验表明,根系侵染率与其生长量一致,即根系侵染率高的幼苗生长也快。在盐碱条件下,新疆野苹果接种GM菌根真菌比冷海棠、八楞海棠生长快,无缺铁失绿现象,冷海棠和八楞海棠有不同程度缺铁失绿现象。

Abstract:Malus Pruni folia, M. micromalus, M. sieversii were inoculated with the VA mycorrhizal fungus, Glo-mus mosseae(GM). It showed that VA significantly promoted the growing of M, pruni folia, M. sieversii and M. micromalus, and that the growth rate were two times more than that of the controls. The incidence of in-fection in M. Micromalus was correlated with growth rate. In the saline-alkali soil, M. micromalus inoculated with GM grew more fast than M. prunifolia and M. sieversii, and there was no iron deficiency chlorsis in the former, whereas there were iron deficiency chlorsis in varying degrees in the laters.
