| Abstract: | The young editors have become a vital force in the editor’s team of sci-tech journals. The quality of young editors is closely related to the redaction quality of sci-tech journals. This paper analyses the characteristics of young editors,and expounds the content of quality training and the ways to improve their own quality for young editors. |
