| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,土地沙漠化问题被人们普遍关注 ,它不仅是一个重要的生态环境问题 ,也是人类所面临的一个非常严峻的经济和社会持续发展问题。松嫩沙地处于欧亚大陆中纬度巨型沙带的东部边缘 ,因而也是欧亚大陆和我国土地沙漠化发展的东缘。本文提出要使松嫩沙区的农牧民尽快摆脱落后状态 ,脱贫致富 ,一方面要防治沙漠化 ,提高土地的生产力水平 ,即提高土地承载力 ;另一方面 ,还要减轻和消除沙区过重的人口压力

| Abstract: | In recent years, desertifications of land attracted greatly the attention from people.This paper proposes making the peasants and herdsmen of the sand district get rid of the backward state as soon as possible.They should prevent the desertification and will lighten and dispel the overweight population pressure in the sand district. |
