灌区水闸新型装配式闸门设计分析

摘    要:竖向装配式闸门改变了以往闸门将水压力通过闸门槽传于闸墩的传统设计思想。闸孔宽度不影响闸门厚度 ,闸门厚度可以控制在 1 0~ 2 0 cm以内。门体重量轻 ,所需的启闭力小 ,完全适合人工启闭 ,侧向行走系统位于闸门顶部 ,闸门运行平稳 ,轨道和小车均位于水上 ,不易生锈 ,保养方便。竖向装配式闸门可以适用于灌区上没有通航要求的任何水闸。

Abstract:The traditional design concept that transmit water pressure to gate piers through gate slots has been changed with the application of vertically assembled gates. The effects of gate width on gate thickness are little in new type gate design, so that the gate thickness can be controlled within 10 to 20 cm. Because the gate self weight is reduced obviously, operation force needed is far less, and the gate is more suitable for manual operation. Lateral movement system is laid on the top of the gate and the hoisting devices are above water level in the new assembled gate, so that the gate is not easy to rust and is convenient for maintenance. Practical application shows that the new type of assembled gate performs very well and is suitable to any sluice without navigation demands in irrigation district.
