甘肃省河西地区马类动物气喘病的血清琼脂扩散试验(初报)

摘    要:1983年以来,干草小多孢菌(Micropolyspora、faeni)抗原与敦煌、金塔、武威、民勤等四县的马类动物气喘病病畜血清作琼脂扩散试验。受检牲畜246头(匹),阳性检出率为52.03%。血清琼脂扩散试验情况各县牲畜反应有所不同。在琼脂扩散平板上出现1—4条沉淀线。并由病马肺和健康驴肺中分离出的干草小多孢菌与9984所制抗原对24例气喘病病畜血清琼脂扩散试验,其阳性检出率为41.67—66.67%。试验证明,干草小多孢菌为马类动物气喘病的主要病因之一。


A Preliminary Study on Serum Agar Diffusion Test in Equidae With Broken Wind in Hexi District,Gansu Province
Abstract:The agar diffusion test (ADT)has been used to determine the relationships between antigen prepared from a Strain of Micropolyspora faeni and sera obtined of equidae suffering from broken Wind in four Counties (Dun huang, Jinta, Wuwei, and Minqin)since 1983. 246 animals Were tested and 52.03% of them Were positive. The ADT differed in appearence With animals from different counties, 1—4 bands of precipitation werc found on plates of ADT. From lungs of the horse with broken Wind and from lungs of the donkey Without syndrome, strains of M. faeni were isolated. Antigens then werc extracted from. them and from M. faeni type strain 9984. By means of ADT,24 sera from animals affected With the disease were examiilated, positive reaction rate varied from 41.167 to 66.67%. The results of this experimental showed that M, faeni Was one of main Causes of broken Wind in equidae.
