| Abstract: | Here presents a method for the analysis of the planetary gear transmission with matrix.The transmission(matrix) of the planetary gear system for single row,tow rows and m rows is established and the transmission is analyzed by(using) MATLAB.The transmission matrix is made up of the characteristics-matrix,the restriction-matrix,the shift-matrix,the(transmission)-ratio-matrix and the coupling-matrix.A coupling-matrix is a coupling forms of the tow-row planetary gear system,and the transmission ratio is discussed in the expression of the transmission-ratio-matrix.The restriction-matrix and the(transmission)-ratio-matrix constitute the shift-matrix.Discussing this matrix,the achievable transmission shift of the planetary gear system can be studied conveniently.It is easy for analyzing the transmission of the complex planetary gear system with the method. |
