| 摘 要： | 采用猪传染性胸膜肺炎间接血凝试验(IHA)对恩施州34家具有一定规模猪场的731份血清样品进行血清学调查,结果阳性率高达28.18%.其中被检仔猪血清206份,阳性42份,阳性率为20.39%;被检育肥猪血清237份,阳性67份,阳性率为28.27%;被检种猪血清288份,阳性97份,阳性率为33.68%. |

| Abstract: | In this experiment,an IHA method was applied in the serologic investigation on 731 sera of pigs,with porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in 34 scaled pig farms in Enshi,Hubei province. The result showed that the positive rate is 28.18%. In 206 sera of piglets,42 sera are positive,with a 20.39% positive rate.In 237 sera of fattening pigs,67 sera are positive,with a 28.27% positive rate.In 288 sera of breeding pigs, 97 sera are positive,with a 33.68% positive rate. |
