棉花色素腺体和棉酚对棉铃虫生长发育和抗药性的影响

摘    要: 以3对陆地棉色素腺体近等基因系为材料,研究了棉花色素腺体和棉酚对棉铃虫生长发育和抗药性的影响。结果表明,棉花色素腺体对棉铃虫的生长发育具有明显的抑制作用,而对于棉铃虫的抗药性具有明显的诱导作用。对棉铃虫体内的羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽转移酶活力测定结果表明,取食无色素腺体棉的棉铃虫体内的两种解毒酶活力均显著低于取食于相应的有色素腺体近等基因系的棉铃虫。不同棉酚含量的半人工饲料饲喂棉铃虫的结果表明,在一定范围内,棉铃虫的生长发育与饲料中的棉酚含量成负相关,而与棉铃虫的抗药性成正相关.棉铃虫体内的2种解毒酶活力随所取食饲料中的棉酚含量增加而增加,但当棉酚含量超过0.3%时,棉铃虫体内的两种解毒酶活力均受到抑制。

Abstract:By using three pairs of glanded -glandless near isogenic cotton lines, the effects of cotton pigment gland and gossypol on the growth and development as well as the insecticide resistance of cotton bollworm were studied in this paper. The results showed that cotton pigment glands had a significant inhi- bition effect on the growth and development of cotton bollworms, while they had a great inducing effect on the reslstance of cotton bollworms to insecticides. Test results of the activities of carboxylesterase and glu- tathione s-transferase indicated that the activities of both enzymes in the cotton bollworms fed on glandless cotton lines were much lower than those fed on their corresponding glanded near isogenic lines. The results of rearing test with semi-artificial diets containing different gossypol dosages showed that there was a ne- gative correlation between the gossypol dosage. in certain range, and the growth and development of the larval cotton bollworm, but a positive correlation between the former and the insecticide resistance of the latter. As the gossypol dosage in the diet was lower than 0. 3%, the activities of both detoxification en- zymes in larval cotton bollworms increased with the gossypol dosages. Whilst the gossypol dosage had been higher than 0. 3% of the diet, these enzymes were inhibited.
