一种新型水沙分离装置的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型净水装置———垂向异重流式混合流体分离鳃的初步研究成果。研究表明,用该装置对泥沙浑水进行分离,不添加任何化学药剂,将浑水中泥沙(包括粘土)分离并取出清水,其分离速度是泥沙在静态下沉降速度的1.9-3.7倍,与添加化学药剂进行水沙分离的速度相近,而用该方法得到的清水对人体健康无害,排出的泥沙也不会对周边环境造成污染,是一种绿色环保的分离装置,同时也降低了分离清水的投资成本。

Abstract:This paper has introduced the preliminary research conclusions for a new purified water device named as vertical-component density mixture flow separation device.The results indicates that the device can separate sediment(including clay soil)and extract clean water from turbid water without inputing any chemical medicine.In the device,sediment settlement speed is three or four times greater than that in the stagnant water,which closes to that of separation with some chemical medicine.For the most of all,separation process of this device is unpolluted,and the clean water extracted from it is not poisonous for health and will not pollute the environment.Meanwhile,use of this can largely reduce the cost for extracting clean water.
