| 摘 要： | 论述了常见食品安全问题与对策,说明食品研发过程在食品安全体系中的地位与作用。对食品研发过程的各个环节与食品安全的关系进行了分析,阐明食品安全监管不能忽视食品研发环节,提出建设食品研发体系的几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the common food safety problems and countermeasures, noted the position and role of food research and development process in the food security system. The authors analyzed also various aspects of relationship between the research and development process and food safety. Food safety regulation must not neglect research and development sectors, made a few suggestions to the system of food research and development in the end. |
