摘    要:通过对不同生长期及1 d当中不同时间采收食用仙人掌菜片的主要品质指标变化的研究表明:不同生长期采收食用仙人掌菜片的品质差异较大,且存在日变化,生长期为26 d的14时是最佳采收期,此时菜片中可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白及黄酮的含量较高,而硝酸盐及有机酸的含量则相对较低.

Abstract:Investigated the main quality of cactus at different growth period and the qualities in daily variation.The results showed that there were distinct differences of the qualities in different growth time and also diversification in different time during one day.When gathered on 14 o'clock in the 26th day of growing period,the qualities were better.The content of soluble total sugar,soluble protein and flavonoid were higher,But the content of nitrate and organic acid were lower.
