谷物变风温干燥的研究

摘    要:利用计算机模拟技术,对高低温组合干燥和混流变风温干燥过程进行了研究。研究结果表明:在高低温组合干燥中,存在一个由高温干燥向低温干燥转化的最佳分界水分;在混流谷物干燥机中采用变风温后,可以明显地降低单位能耗,并且能降低出口粮食水分、提高干燥强度及产品质量

Abstract:Oscillating temperature drying of grain was studied in this paper. Simulation study on combination of high low temperature drying and oscillating temperature drying in mixed flow dryer was carried out by using computer simulation technology. From the experimental results it can be seen that there is a good boundary content of moisture during the combination of high low temperature drying. It was confirmed that not only the energy consumption decreased,but also the quality may be improved in oscillating temperature drying.
