| 摘 要： | 对四倍体和二倍体灯盏花的形态学和细胞学进行了观察、测量和比较,鉴定了四倍体与二倍体的染色体.结果表明,四倍体灯盏花植株具有巨大性,花梗粗壮,叶色浓绿、叶片巨大而肥厚.花朵、花辩大,但数量较少,气孔和花粉粒比二倍体显著增大.二倍体染色体数为18,四倍体染色体数为36.

| Abstract: | The results from observing morphology,cytology and chromosomes of diploid and tetraploid Erigeron breviscapus plants showed that tetraploid Erigeron breviscapus plants is of higher plant height,robust stalk,deep green leaf color,big and thickness leaves,and big flowers and petals,and its stoma and pollen grain is significantly bigger than that of diploid Erigeron breviscapus plant.The chromosome number of diploid and tetraploid Erigeron breviscapus plants is 18 and 36 respectively. |
