眉山无核锦橙的初步研究

摘    要:眉山无核锦橙是从四川眉山县一红桔砧锦橙生产园中选出的自然突变体,经1986~1989年观测,其无核性状稳定,单果平均种子数0.03~0.15粒,其他品质指标略优于普通锦橙,成熟期和产量与普通锦橙相近。初步明确自交不亲和是其无核的主要原因,根据其花粉母细胞减数分裂紊乱、同工酶谱与普通锦橙不同,认为确系遗传物质发生突变。

Abstract:A natural mutation of Jincheng (Citrus sinensis Osbeck), Meishan seedless Jincheng, was selected from commercial orchard of Jincheng on tangerine(C. reticulata Blanco)rootstock in Meishan county, Sichuan province. The observation and examination on the horticultural and genetic characters in 1986-1989 showed that the seedless character of this selection remains stable with superiority over that of Jincheng, the yield and mature period are similar to Jincheng. The results also indicated that self-incompatibility is the main cause of the absence of seeds. According to the abnormal meiosis of pollen mother cell and different isozymogram from Jincheng, it is considered the variance of genetic material indeedly occured in this selection.
