粳型光敏核不育系La7001S的育性转换及其应用研究

摘    要:<正> La7001S是安徽省农科院水稻研究所用HPGMR农垦58经一次杂交多代选育而成的粳型光敏核不育系。1988年田间调查1102株,不育株率100%,不育度99.7%,农艺性状整齐。为探明该不育系在合肥地区的育性转换及繁殖制种适宜播期,于1987、1988年作了两年分期播种试验,生育期间记载穗期,以花粉败育率、套袋结实率及自然结实率为指标进行育性鉴定,同时与湖北粳型光敏核不育系NS5047和NS5088进行了育性转换期比较,获初步结果。

STUDY ON THE FERTILITY CHANGES AND APPLICATION OF PHOTOPERIOD SENSITIVE GENIC MALE—STERILE JAPONICA RICE LA7001S
Abstract:The photoperiod sensitive genic male—sterile japonica rice named line La7001S was acquired through crossing and selecting in Rice Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In the crossing experiment, HPG MR Nongken 58 was used as the female parent. Systematic researches were made on the stability of the fertility of the La7001S line from 1987 to 1988. Purified seeds of the La7001S line were sowed in three or five groups each year. In 1987 and 1988, all the plants of the heading began before Sept. 5 were completely sterile (seed getting rate is less 0.3%) while the later one became fertile. It shows that the typical fertility alteration under different tphotoperiods and is stable in agronomic characters. The time of the criical light of inducing fertility changes in La7001S is thirteen hours and forty-five minutes to thirteen hours and fifty-nine minutesThe authors suggested that the seed production sowing stage be April 21 to May 11 and that the multiplication sowing Stage be June 20 to 25 in Hefei area (30°51′N).
