抓好农业综合开发，促进观光农业发展

发展旅游农业，已成为高效农业的重要组成部分，是城乡统筹、促进农民增收的重要内容。10多年来，扬州市农业开发把项目建设内容与发展观光农业结合起来，制订了发展观光农业规划，打造了一批观光农业亮点，取得了初步成效。
