| 摘 要： | 为探讨鸡急性镉中毒对免疫器官的影响，以30日龄伊莎雏鸡为试验对象，按体重150mg／kg经口给予氯化镉。在染镉后进行临床症状、剖检变化及免疫器官的病理组织学变化的观察。结果表明：雏鸡在染镉3h后出现中毒症状，主要为精神沉郁、嗜睡、流涎、腹泻、贫血等症状。免疫器官病理组织学检查发现镉中毒雏鸡脾、胸腺、法氏囊中淋巴细胞数目减少，淋巴细胞的生发中心破坏，造成鸡免疫功能被抑制。

| Abstract: | In order to detect the effect of acute cadmium empoison on immune organ, 30 - day - old cocks are studied. The clinical symptom, anatomical change and pathohistology change in immune organ are observed. The result shows that empoison symptom appear in 3 hours. The empoisen symptoms include spirit malaise, somnolence, dribble, alvine flux, alvine flux, et al. The decrease of lymphocyte in spleen, thymus gland and bursa of Fabricius is found according to histopathologic examination. At the same time the germinal center is also destroyed. These result in the inhibition of immune function. |
