| 摘 要： | 猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)是新发现的迄今为止最小的动物病毒,是猪断奶后多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)的病原.PMWS给世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失.本文综述了猪圆环病毒2型的诊断技术,包括抗原和抗体的检测技术.

| Abstract: | Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is the smallest animal virus and the cause of postweaning multi-(systemic) wasting syndrome (PMWS) which has become an emerging and important disease in swine and has been causing a lot of economic losses of swine industry all over the world. In this article, the progress of diagnostic technigues of porcine circovirus type 2 was discribed, including the techniques of detecting antibody and antigen. |
