林木剩余物快速热裂解液化技术探析及展望

摘    要:采用快速热裂解液化技术将低品位的生物质资源转化为高品质的生物油,以制取燃料或化工原料是最具有发展潜力的生物质能转换技术,也是开发利用林木剩余物的重要手段.着重探析了快速热裂解液化技术的机理及工艺流程,归纳了几种典型的反应器类型以及生物油的特性、精制和利用,指出了林木剩余物快速热裂解液化技术研究的发展方向.

Abstract:Converting low-grade biomass resources into high quality bio-oil to produce fuel or chemical materials using fast pyrolysis liquefaction technology is the most potential biomass energy conversion technology and also an important means of exploiting and utilizing wood residue.The mechanism and process of the fast pyrolysis liquefaction technology are analyzed emphatically and several types of the typical reactors are summed up as well as the characteristics,refinement,and utilization of bio-oil with the research and development trend of fast pyrolysis liquefaction technology of wood-residue pointed out.
