暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝的生物学特性研究

摘    要:首次对暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌丝生长的生物学特性进行研究,结果表明:在实验范围内,菌丝生长的最适温度为30 ℃,最适pH值为4,菌丝生长不需要光照,最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最佳氮源为酵母膏,最佳无机盐为KH2PO4+ MgSO4·7H2O.

Abstract:The effects of selected physical and nutritional parameters on the growth of Phlebopus portentosus mycelium were studied. Mycelial growth was optimal at 30 ℃ in a medium (adjusted to pH 4.0) containing KH2PO4, MgSO4·7H2O, and with glucose and yeast extract as the carbon and nitrogen sources, respectively. Mycelial growth does not require light.
