| 摘 要： | 对2011-2013年采集的2748份猪血清用ELISA法进行高致病性猪蓝耳病抗体检测，免疫抗体合格率分别为70.00%、86.28%和88.49%。检测结果显示，不同饲养模式下，免疫抗体合格率从高到低依次为规模场、散养户、屠宰场；不同饲养规模下，养殖规模越大，抗体合格率越高。

| Abstract: | After using ELISA method to monitor the highly pathogenic blue ear pig disease surveillance antibody through 2 748 serum samples collected from 2011 to 2013, the immune antibody qualification rate were 70.00%, 86.28%and 88.49%. As the detection re-sult displayed, the ranking of immune antibody qualification rate under different feeding mode from high to low is the scale field, loose housing and slaughterhouse. The larger feeding scale, the higher immune antibody qualification rate. |
